Job Description:
- Coordinate the implementation of accounting work programs in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure that departmental expenses comply with the Chart of Accounts (CoA).
- Provide guidance, supervision, and performance evaluations to subordinates.
- Evaluate and analyze the accounting system implementation to provide input for financial systems and business strategies.
- Direct and optimize the function and performance of the accounting unit and department, including improving accounting HR performance.
- Conduct audits, inventory checks, and accounts receivable reviews in coordination with relevant departments and regulations.
- Ensure VAT reporting is accurate and compliant with current regulations.
- Ensure annual income tax (PPh) reporting is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Ensure monthly reporting for PPh 23, PPh Article 4(2), and PPh 25 is accurate and compliant with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting
- Proficient in ERP systems, Coretax, Tax Planning, Microsoft Office, and Financial Analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supervisor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
