Job Description :

  1. Printing Delivery Order & COA (Certificate of Analysis) as per shipping request.
  2. Implementing FEFO system for goods issuance.
  3. Processing incoming goods Delivery Order.
  4. Creating discrepancy reports in Warehouse Management System.
  5. Managing working order documents for coding/item alias.
  6. Conducting document handover for incoming and outgoing goods to drivers.
  7. Sending delivery confirmation to external drivers. 8. Creating transfer tickets for misplaced items.

Requirements: :

  1. Min. High School/Vocational School graduate, all majors
  2. Min. have 2 years of experience as an admin or related profession
  3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) & familiar with administrative systems, meticulous and efficient
  4. Good communication skills and able to work in a team
  5. Willing to be placed in Jatake
