Job Description:

  • Plan, create, and execute marketing communication materials to support brand and sales activities.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage and update content on company websites, social media platforms, and digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Support the preparation of marketing kits, presentations, and company profiles.
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all communication platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing communication, branding, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus).
  • Comfortable managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
