**Job Description : **
- Designing the company's overall quality management system and maintaining its compliance with all changes made by the company.
- Conducting internal audits to check compliance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies.
- Actively participating in addressing customer complaints with the relevant team to identify problems and provide solutions.
- Verifying the quality of final products and ensuring they meet standards.
- Preparing activity reports, documenting inspection results, and recording necessary data for reference.
- Creating continuous improvement plans to prevent recurrence of problems and create better conditions in the future.
Requirements: :
- Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering
- Min. have 5 years of experience as Quality Assurance or related profession
- Proficient in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
