Job Description :

  1. Regularly update asset data whenever new assets are added.
  2. Conduct regular checks on asset data and the condition of all assets across branches.
  3. Monitor asset maintenance activities and maintain records/reports for each asset according to the specified schedule and asset type.
  4. Receive Work Orders from relevant departments.
  5. Execute all infrastructure-related projects and coordinate with affected departments.
  6. Prepare MRA (Material Request Application) through to BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima/Asset Handover Document) in accordance with the requested items.
  7. Support the procurement of facilities for both internal and external activities.
  8. Conduct Morning Rounds to inspect facilities and infrastructure.
  9. Retrieve company assets when employees resign or leave the company.

Requirements :

  1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Building Maintenance is preferred.
  3. Good communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and strong analytical thinking.
  4. Willing to be placed in South Tangerang.
