Job Description :

  1. Propose, create, plan, and evaluate the annual training schedule, which is broken down into monthly training schedules based on company needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA) and other training requirements
  2. Coordinate and conduct training activities in the form of in-class training & practical sessions to meet both behavioral and technical competencies.
  3. Deliver training programs as an instructor or facilitator for both soft skills and hard skills training.
  4. Create and develop training materials or modules according to needs, including tests and evaluation processes
  5. Create and develop probation syllabi for each job title, aligned with company requirements.
  6. Monitor the implementation of syllabi until the probation period is completed.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of all training that has been conducted.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Learning & Development Officer / Specialist
  3. Good communication skills, with strong analytical thinking, Experienced in developing training matrix.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
  6. Willing to be placed in South Tangerang.
