Bahtera Adi Jaya, together with its principal Adisseo, took part as a sponsor at FARM 2026, an event that brought together shrimp farmers, aquaculture practitioners, industry players, and other stakeholders to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest challenges in shrimp farming.
Through the event, Bahtera had the opportunity to engage directly with the aquaculture community, both through the conference session and the booth throughout the event.
Sharing Insights Through the Conference
As part of its participation, Bahtera and Adisseo received a slot in the FARM 2026 conference session, presented by Martha Mamora, Farm Application Manager – Aquaculture APAC/ISC at Adisseo.
One of the topics presented was “Functional Feed Additives: Enhancing Digestion and Health Status,” which explored the role of functional feed additives in supporting shrimp digestion and health throughout the culture cycle.
The session provided an opportunity for participants to gain additional insights into feed management and how functional additives can be considered as part of a broader approach to shrimp health management.
Meeting Farmers and Sharing Experiences at the Booth
Beyond the conference, Bahtera and Adisseo also welcomed visitors at the booth, where several product samples were displayed.
The booth attracted strong interest from visitors, with many shrimp farmers, practitioners, and other aquaculture professionals stopping by to discuss their experiences and challenges in the field.
These conversations became an important part of Bahtera's presence at FARM 2026. Rather than simply introducing products, the team had the opportunity to listen to challenges from the field, exchange experiences, share insights, and discuss potential solutions based on the needs faced by farmers.
Several visitors also expressed their appreciation for Bahtera's presence at the event, as it provided an opportunity to meet directly, exchange experiences, and discuss the challenges they encounter in their ponds.
Creating Solutions That Matter in the Field
For Bahtera, participating in FARM 2026 was not only about being present at an industry event, but also about being closer to the people who are directly involved in shrimp farming.
With shrimp prices currently facing pressure, achieving good production results becomes even more important for farmers. Every decision in the farming cycle needs to contribute to efficient production and ultimately support better harvest outcomes.
Through its collaboration with Adisseo, Bahtera hopes to continue providing reliable and practical solutions that can support farmers in addressing challenges in their ponds and working toward better production results.
The goal is not simply to provide products, but to be a partner that can listen, understand, and work together with farmers to find solutions that are relevant to their needs.
Ending the Event on a Fun Note
As FARM 2026 came to an end, Bahtera also brought a little excitement to the booth through a Wheel of Names session.
Five visitors had the chance to take home exciting prizes, creating a fun closing moment after days of conversations and knowledge sharing at the event.
FARM 2026 became another opportunity for Bahtera to connect with the aquaculture community, learn from experiences in the field, and strengthen partnerships across the industry.
Through continued collaboration and knowledge sharing, Bahtera looks forward to supporting farmers with solutions that can contribute to healthier shrimp, better farming performance, and more sustainable results.
